Maximilian Martin
Maximilian studies traffic and transport engineering at Dresden University of Technology in Germany. He was also born and raised in Germany, in a small town near Frankfurt on the Main. He joined EUROAVIA at the end of his first semester in early 2007 and started his involvement in the association as International Editor Member for AS Dresden in fall 2007 before being elected President of the Local Board for the business year 2008/2009. During the same year he assumed the role of coordinator for the Fly-In Dresden 2009. His involvement on the international level began with his participation in the AMEAC 2008 in Rzeszow and continued through many more events and memberships in several working groups. He serves the International Board as president and is responsible for coordinating the work of the IB, external relations and the IT.

Borja Lazaro Toralles
Borja was born in Barcelona and is currently studying Aerospace Engineering in the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya in Terrassa. He first became involved with EUROAVIA in 2009 while looking for some european experience with the wish to develop his soft skills. While in EUROAVIA he's been involved both at local level, as International Contact Member and President of AS Terrassa, and at international level, now coordinating the International Events WG and the Statutes & Bylaws WG. He was elected in the last EMEAC as Secretary of the Designated International Board 2011 - 2012. His vision for EUROAVIA is of it as a "platform for personal growth". Good communication is key to attain this and during his IB period he aims to create new tools useful for the AS to carry out their activity and improve the members experience.

Alfonso Serrano Alcala
Alfonso was born in a village called Gibraleon near Huelva (Andalucia Region). When he was 18 years old, he moved to Sevilla in order to start his studies in Aeronautical Engineering. Soon, he realized that he wanted to complement his formation with more activities, so he was elected Executive Member of the Local Board in Seville (2009). At the following year he took control of his Affiliated Society. His first international event was AMEAC 2009 in Aachen where he discovered the situation of EUROAVIA in those moments and he convinced them of the importance our association has. For him, congresses are the most important international events because he needs them to address issues concerning all Affiliated Societies of EUROAVIA. After he had organised some important local events as president of EUROAVIA Sevilla, he decided to manage an International event called Composites Symposium with a local working group. He had the opportunity to meet interesting members around Europe who came to participate in the symposium in Seville. He regards everything related to the European economy as essential to develop any association, so he decided to work with a amazing group of students as the treasurer of the International Board in order to keep the association spirit alive.

Florian Ehrig
Born and raised in Berlin, Florian moved to Hamburg to start into his Aeronautical Engineering studies at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences in 2008. Soon, he joined the local group of EUROAVIA in Hamburg where he was elected president of the Affiliated Society in Hamburg in 2010. His motivation to join the international board in 2011 came out of the belief that EUROAVIA has to act more than ever before as the networking platform between students and the industry and it needs an innovative and new approach to turn these new challenges into chances. Student networking opportunities combined with robust corporate relations need international cooperation on multiple layers, a strong team spirit at everyone involved and most importantly, a strong identification with EUROAVIA and its goals. His vision is to enable and encourage everyone on board to act in concert and help make the association a little better each day for the students.

Rengin Cise Bayrakci
Rengin Cise was born in Van, Turkey and lived there for 10 years. From then on, for a better education, she moved to Ankara where she is currently studying Aerospace Engineering at Middle East Technical University, in the 4th year. After being active in EUROAVIA locally for 3 years, she decided to extend her responsibilities on international level after a perfectly organized congress, AMEAC 2010, held in Terrassa. After EMEAC 2011 she became responsible for all Affiliated Societies and for the communication within EUROAVIA. Believing that sharing represents the core of humanity, she dedicated herself to improve internal communication since 19th of April, 2011.
